My girls share a closet, and they needed more hanging room, so I came up with a plan to install a rod off their bunkbed. I ended up installing it on the wall instead, and now Briz can reach her own clothes and Boo’s longer clothes won’t touch the floor. Easy Solution! You could use a wardrobe, a portable clothes rack, or an over the door valet to get more space to hang your clothes. If you need more hanging space- use your walls! Get the laundry out of the way, put it overhead. How many laundry baskets will you put up, one per person? Measure that length and width. Use cedar branches, lay a few short branches from east to west, then put long ones on north to south. Wire them all together. Put hooks in studs in the ceiling, hang the rack with wires from the hooks to the wired joints.
